We've been in business since 1994. Our owners, Dana and Dennis Dunnigan, have been in real estate for over 25 years and Ms. Dunnigan has been "Broker of the Year" multiple times. We have several company representatives in leadership positions with the Bay
County Association of Realtors. Current and past directors, chairman of grievance committee, chairman of education, past-president, president-elect, and district nine vice-president. A strong local presence.

Community Support and Sponsorship
We support the local "Adopt a Highway" program, a two-mile stretch on Panama City Beach Parkway near Hwy 79.
Our company volunteers with Salvation Army on their Holiday Food Basket Program, preparing and delivering Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to less fortunate people throughout Bay County.
Several of our Associates work with Beach/Bay Optimist Club supporting Christmas shopping for the less fortunate kids during the holidays.
Several of our Associates work with Beach/Bay Optimist to help support Special Olympics locally.
A past President for Habitat for Humanity of Bay County is a Prudential Associate with our 23rd St. office.
We have helped thousands of families relocate to our community.

Through hard work and first-class service, our property management office has also grown into one of Bay County's largest and best. We also serve a very large military community and fully understand the trauma associated with the many relocations our service men and women must endure.
