In order to promote value we increase amenities, Morningside Development includes eight (8) unique parks. The parks have been expanded and differ from the usual community park as well as many features were added to the parks to encourage usage. Unlike most typical subdivisions where parks are merely undeveloped wetlands and retention ponds, we took highly valuable property and developed parks.
